Are you an insurance company or agency?
No. AA Insurance Advocacy, Inc. is an independent administrative office. We are not an insurance carrier or agency, we do not sell coverage, and we do not earn commissions. Our independence is exactly what allows us to focus entirely on helping you understand and organize the documents you already have.
Do you give legal or financial advice?
No. Our services are administrative and educational only. We help you read, organize and track your insurance paperwork. When a question calls for legal, financial or coverage advice, we tell you plainly and encourage you to consult the appropriate licensed professional.
How much do your services cost?
We charge clear, flat fees for each service so you always know the cost in advance. Our individual consultations range from $79 to $299 depending on the service, and our ongoing Annual Policy Management Service is a twelve-month engagement. What should I bring to an appointment?
It depends on the service, and we will tell you specifically when you book. In general, bring your most recent declarations page, your full policy booklet if you have it, any endorsement pages, your latest renewal notice and recent billing statements. The more complete your paperwork, the more thorough the review can be.
Can you help me with a claim?
We provide administrative claims support: we help you gather documentation, complete forms accurately and keep an organized record of every communication. We do not adjust claims, determine coverage or negotiate settlements, and we are not a public adjuster or a law firm.
Do you meet in person or remotely?
Both. We offer appointments in our Los Angeles office, by telephone, and by secure video. Many clients prefer to come in with their physical paperwork, while others find a phone or video session more convenient. The choice is yours.
Do you store my personal or payment information?
No. We help you organize your own information and understand your own statements; we do not process transactions or retain your payment details. You remain in full control of your accounts and documents at all times.

AA Insurance Advocacy, Inc. has served policyholders in the Los Angeles area continuously since 1986. Many of our clients have worked with us for decades and now bring us the paperwork of their grown children and small businesses.
