Who we are

AA Insurance Advocacy, Inc. is an independent administrative office that helps individuals, families and small businesses understand, organize and manage their insurance paperwork. We were founded in 1986 on a simple observation: most people are handed a thick stack of insurance documents, told to keep them somewhere safe, and left entirely on their own to make sense of them.

For nearly four decades we have filled that gap. We are not a carrier and we do not sell or adjust insurance. Our independence is the heart of what we do. Because we have nothing to sell you, our only goal in any appointment is to make sure you understand the documents you already have and that your records stay organized and current.

What we believe

We believe insurance administration should be personal. When you call our office, you reach a real person who knows your file. We believe paperwork should be explained in plain language, not industry jargon. And we believe in being honest about the limits of our role: when a question calls for a licensed agent, an adjuster or an attorney, we say so plainly and help you bring well-organized information to that professional.

Our history

When our office opened in 1986, insurance paperwork arrived entirely by mail, and keeping it organized meant a filing cabinet and a great deal of patience. The documents have since moved partly online, but the underlying challenge has not changed: policies remain dense, renewals still arrive without warning, and billing statements are as confusing as ever. Over the years we have helped thousands of policyholders bring order to that confusion, adapting our methods as the industry changed while holding to the same principles of clarity, honesty and personal service.

Today we serve a loyal community of clients across the Los Angeles area, many of whom have worked with us for decades and now bring us the paperwork of their grown children and their small businesses.
